One of the simplest and most effective things that you can do in order to get whiter teeth is to brush and floss regularly. By doing this, you will prevent food stains from discoloring your teeth, you’ll rid yourself of gum disease, plus it helps make your mouth smell better.

Avoid harsh chemicals by using natural teeth whiteners as opposed to store bought whiteners. Not only are natural whiteners much less expensive than whitening systems from the store, most options also have side benefits. Natural whiteners such as raw fruits and vegetables provide your body with nutrients while whitening your teeth.

Tooth whitening is one of the subjects when the idea that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure is especially true. It is possible to whiten your teeth but it is much easier to avoid having the problem in the first place. This can be done by avoiding specific things like coffee.

Do not start a home teeth whitening treatment without going to the dentist to have an exam done. You do not want to use any of these treatments if you have untreated cavities in your mouth. The same goes for gum disease. These things should be treated prior to any treatment.

There is no real evidence that teeth whitening products will harm a baby during pregnancy or nursing. You should play it safe and avoid taking any chances. There is no reason to risk your baby’s health just to have a whiter smile. Go to your dentist and have a good cleaning done.

Surprisingly, baking soda is almost as effective as most long term teeth whiteners and is much cheaper. Mix about two table spoons of soda to one table spoon of water to form a paste, then, brush your teeth with this paste. If you do not like the taste, substitute a mouthwash for the water.

One of the simplest things that you can do in order to get pearly white teeth is to have a healthy lifestyle. Avoid drinks that are high in caffeine because these drinks tend to stain our teeth. Another thing that you should avoid is smoking, because this causes teeth discoloration as well.

To wrap it up, you want to have no fear of smiling due to discolored teeth. These are a few useful pointers; hopefully you will be able to put them to good use. Give the stategies time to work. So, go ahead and give it a try, you are going to love your new smile.

  1. Seems like you lost some motivation. I can tell lost and gonna try to give you my best advice. You can either throw it out the window or keep it at the back of your mind.
It seems as though your parents have tried to help you out but gave up soon. It seems to me really annoyed by them, feeling pressured by absolutely everyone in your family. Your own parents, siblings. hard, I even imagine. Now I know you have your own opinions, but your parents have that plus experience. And they want the best for you, even though they seem like it. And, you want the best for yourself. trying to figure out why you like college at all. I know a bit intimidating, and claiming your grades were bad. But those are just excuses. If you wanna succeed in life, and make the best out of yourself, you have to try. Have you given college a try? not saying go because your siblings are, or go to make your parents happy. Who cares about them when it comes to your own life. Go because you just might, regret it, and no one sees college as a bad thing. necessary. BUT anyone can go on a rant explaining this to you but you will not want to listen, you just have to find out for yourself. Find your own path. You have to go to college for the reasons and for the majors your parents and siblings did and are doing. You must be good at something? If not, go anyway and see what happens? I mean, a years a year. college is a who different experience in life. Like I said, I could go on a rant but it matter much, lol. trying to be different than your family. You want to be someone different because tired of seeing them all do the same thing and say the same things and be of against you. But by going against them the way you are now and all, proving them right. If you be a failure, not only win against them, but also lose to yourself. expecting you to fail now. even wanting to kick you out. a thought. Try college, find something good at and be really good at it. Earn good money, have a good life, get your OWN BMW and shove it in their faces that you are successful that way. think that going to college for them. That is so not true. Everyone goes for themselves. Even if it seems like someone else is making them. No. Anyway, I really hope I helped and, the best of luck!

  2. No, college everything, but you need a backup plan.
is not the life you want. There are good jobs where you need a college education but they are more competitive. If you are creative enough you can create a very lucrative career without college but you need to be driven and talented.
I personally think you should go to college and at least talk to the advisers. They can set you on the right track. If you are not sure which direction to go, with all the general classes. Or you could choose a very practical position at a trade school. The options are limitless.

  3. she is jealous, my friend who had to leave high in her 3rd year has hers, I was thinking bout dropping out, and getting my GED, since both me & my Friend are in the same grade, your probably could, it depends on how much you studied between 8th grade & now, I hope you can become a dentist. going Navy Special Forces. My girlfriend is about to have the same happen to her, but she has more education under her belt. So my advise is, STUDY! STUDY! STUDY! find books for what you need for your GED, Math, English, Spelling, Penmanship, I wish you luck! I hope you get what you would like to achieve, GOD BLESS YOU! HOYAAH!

  4. No, not everyone can pass the GED. designed so that 40% of graduating seniors pass it; that means you need to know as much as the average high school senior. Many people fail on the first (and later) try.

Also, keep in mind that if you want to be an dental hygiene going to help you. an expensive program at most schools, and none of the classes will transfer to a 4-year college or university for a bachelors degree, which need. So bother with it.

  5. Honestly, I think everyone I know who has taken the GED has failed the math So no, *anyone* cannot pass the GED, if they do not have at least ~10th grade knowledge of math. I know about the other sections (I think anyone I know had any trouble with them) but you can probably expect to need to take a GED math class, or at least to study really hard for the math on your own time.

And I think great that you want to continue your education. listen to your sister. :)

  6. Your parents are trying to force you to conform to what they want you to do. And if they are paying they get to dictate what happens, that is why you will need to paying for yourself. You did not like school (I either) and want to do something different, so you need a skill or trade. Take a look at the manager of the restaurant and you will find that they too had to learn something to get their job. Vocational school or some other type of skill training is the answer. And since you are not doing it your parents way accept that your way will be financially harder, but you do get to set all your own rules. So decide what kind of your want and get yourself set up.

  7. What your mom did was really wrong…why did she take you out of school in 8th grade?! She deprived you of an education and the chance to make lasting memories with friends at school…

Your sister is being a nay-saying jerk in my opinion…

You will need more than a 6th grade education…there should be GED study guides online or out there somewhere…call the office at (what would have been) your highschool or call the advising office of the college looking at…they might have some resources for you if you find anything online…

give up on your dream…remember to study something that REALLY interests you in college..otherwise lose interest and possibly quit…college is hard enough with out having to study a subject not passionate about or lack interest in…

  8. Your parents seemed to focused on appearances. I am not a college graduate. But I graduated from a trade type school. Their is other alternatives besides college. You can join the military, or go to a trade type school. Ask yourself what kind of career you want in life. Then, you will decide what you want. I think you should sit down with your parents and talk to them. Personally, I think their teasing you or trying to force you into something. That your not quite ready for yet. They do this by favoring their college kids and by giving bmws. That shows lack of sympathy on their
