Resident Camp is for those campers who are ready for a 24 hour camp adventure. A successful camp experience can enhance a camper's self-esteem, sense of accomplishment and sense of individuation. At Camp Shawnee campers create their own world for a period of tiem, developing precious memories of making new friends, learning new skills, experiencing nature, shouldering some new responsibilites, telling jokes, singing silly songs, and discovering new things about themselves. They have fun while growing up a little.
